I need another bow tie like Mrs. Marcos needs a new pair of shoes. However, this is a ‘blue ribbon’ bow tie from the good folks at Beau Ties Ltd. A portion of their sales goes to Prostate Cancer research.**  With a father and a maternal uncle with h/o prostate cancer, this cause is important to me.  I don my  latest frock (as it were) in honor of them and all fellows dealing with the nasty thing.

I apologize the picture is not very good. It makes me look rather scruffy,  but I  wanted to show off the tie, not my sleep-deprived baggy eyes and puss. 

**They have bow ties with ribbons of red, pink, yellow, purple, and green as well.
