I decided to post two photos; ‘Before’ and ‘After’ photographs about my exercise. They are about 4 months apart.
I feel bold to do so; I hope it helps with me with some anxieties about my physique, AND it will give me encouragement to ‘keep going’. Posting periodic pictures may help me keep adherent to my exercise.  “Accountability” is a key factor in keeping a person going with diet and exercise.

I see some progress in the photographs; my shoulders are broader, my arms a bit thicker.  I am pleased my thin legs are getting fuller.  I wear long pants – even in the Arizona heat – to keep them covered. Now I feel more comfortable to go in short pants.

I want to improve – my stomach and chest remain “a work in progress” (hence there is no side or front portraits posted).

I promise myself to post another photo three months hence; to give me incentive to keep going.
