U of M Shirt

I made another shirt.

This one is a belated Christmas prize for Brother #3. The one I made him last December (based on a guess to his size and taste) was too small in the shoulders and not long enough (worse luck!). It’s an ill wind that blows nobody good; last time I visited Michigan I took his measurements and we went to Joannes to find a fabric he actually wanted. This subtle pattern was picked:

Spos have been going to The University of Michigan for several generations.* Before we moved to Arizona, Someone and I lived in Ann Arbor, MI only a mile away from the stadium.

I am pleased as Punch the U of M shirt came out very well; it didn’t even have a minor glitch. I hope the sleeves are long enough. This isn’t something I would want to wear to a football game, lest I be beaten by thugs of the opposition. Hopefully Brother #3 enjoys it when he tends the tailgate parties and games this season.

*Not all of us. Some went to That Other School and two distant relations (not distant enough some say) went to The School That Shan’t be Named in the heart of Ohio. Oh the horror.
